Halloooo :D
rasanya liburan seminggu ini lama-lama membosankan juga, aneh banget disaat hari sekolah dan kecapean gue minta dikasih libur seminggu ajaa tapi, pada saat dikasih libur seminggu seperti ini gue malah kepengen masuk sekolah but i hope without exam or test heelp mee.. Heave a sigh

Liburan seminggu nothing can impressive me, just ordinary day maybe I take ordinary activity so it's my fault..

In the evening, my dad having me for sporting, we chat for a long time when we jogging and my dad gimme advice for live and life..
Actually I realize, we are so identicalness hahaha
For little things we like neathly,organized, and set the goal.. But sometime if we had bad mood so hard for us to handle our emotion because of that we must making everytime be good and happier..

If bad mood comes to us, we try to relax and take a deep breath and then we hush-hush bad feeling with good activity like jogging and running or listening our fave music.. Yay! and our bad feeling already gone.. Bye bye

Yes, it is my favorite way to delete annoying bad mood or bad feeling..
1. take a deep deep breath
and feel the air in and out
2. Tries to relax
3. Sleeping
4. catch the headphone and listening my fave music
5. Meditation
6. sporting with my dad
7. Eating my Walls ice-cream and grab my silverQueen chocolate
